The present Regulations are mande under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations provide for use and ownership of agricultural land in the Province of Saskatchewan. Furthermore, the Regulations address the issue of foreign ownership, sale of provincial land, agricultural leases, leases for oil and gas development or mineral development.

The purpose of this Act is to provide for matters necessary for planning projects for improving residential environments, expanding infrastructure and restoring urban functions in urban areas that lag behind, spanning a wide area, and promoting them systematically and efficiently in order to seek balanced urban development and contribute to improving the quality of life of citizens. In particular, article 17 deals with formation of Consultative Council on Projects and article 34 with Urban Renewal Committees. The text consists of 37 articles.

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 4 articles and eleven Annexes (I-A to I-M), establishes the formal Recognition of Traditional Sucos and Indigenous Villages existing in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste recognizes the existence of 451 Sucos and 2,233 Villages, whose designation and location in the national territory is included in Annex I-A to Annex I-M to this Ministerial Order. This Decree makes several changes in Articles 4 and 5 regarding electronic registration systems and repeals Article 3 and Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 4. Furthermore this Decree amends Paragraph 1 of Article 4, which now reads “The reports include information on the quantity, quality and land use characteristics of lands (including irrigated land plots), as well as land ownership, use and lease."

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the efficient management of national land, safe marine transportation, and the protection of ownership of citizens, by prescribing matters concerning the standards and procedures for surveying and waterway survey as well as the preparation, management of cadastral records and comprehensive real estate records.

These Regulations are enacted according to the Equalization of Land Rights Act. The Regulations provide for content, procedure, inquiry, the scope of information provision, and collection of fees, etc. of general registers of landowners.

These Regulations are enacted in order to strengthen the management of urban and rural planning.

This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. The Text consists of 46 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions(I); Land Ownership and Use Right(II); Overall Planning for Land Utilization(III); Cultivated Land Protection(IV); Land for Construction Purposes (V); Supervision and Examination (VI); Legal Responsibilities(VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII).The state practises the system of land registration and certificate issuance according to law.

The purpose of this Act, consisting of 137 sections divided into three Parts and four Schedules, is: to record the acknowledgements and apology given by the Crown to Rangitāne o Manawatu in the deed of settlement; to give effect to certain provisions of the deed of settlement that settles the historical claims of Rangitāne o Manawatu. The provisions of this Act take effect on the settlement date unless stated otherwise.

This Act, consisting of 250 sections divided into five Parts and one Schedule, establishes Land title and registration requirements.
