Espinosa

Deborah Espinosa is a communications consultant with Resonance as well as an attorney, land tenure and gender specialist with 14 years of experience providing legal technical assistance to state and national governments. Her expertise includes land law and regulatory reform, customary justice institutions, women's rights to land, and responsible land-based investments. primarily in Africa. She also is the founder of Living with Conviction, which uses visual storytelling and community conversations, in partnership with the poor and marginalized, to amplify their voices to advocate for legal reform.  She is a graduate of the Rocky Mountain School of Photography and holds a JD from the University of Washington School of Law, a Master of Arts from the Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley.
