Las Partes signatarias se comprometen a emprender acciones coordinadas o conjuntas en materia de protección, preservación, conservación y saneamiento del medio ambiente y a impulsar la utilización racional y equilibrada de los recursos naturales, teniendo en cuenta el vínculo existente entre medio ambiente, desarrollo e integración.

These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection (Restriction on Use of Lead Shot) (England) Regulations 1999 which apply in relation to England only. The 1999 Regulations prohibit the use of lead shot for shooting with a shot gun: (a) on or over any area below the high-water mark of ordinary spring tides; (b) on or over the sites of special scientific interest included in Schedule 1 to the 1999 Regulations; or (c) any wild bird included in Schedule 2 to the 1999 Regulations.

Preferential tax rates, exemption and reduction shall not apply to incomes deriving from land use and land rent rights as per Section VI.

Mediante el presente tratado, Argentina y Chile se comprometen a emprender acciones coordinadas en materia de protección, conservación, preservación y saneamiento del medio ambiente y a impulsar la utilización racional y equilibrada de los recursos naturales. Cada una de las Partes se compromete, además, a no efectuar acciones unilaterales que pudieren causar perjuicio al medio ambiente de la otra.

The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.

These Regulations, which have been adopted in implementation of European Union Directive 2003/35/EC, aim at achieving a phased schedule for the application of Legal Notice No. 234 of 2002 as regards the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from the activities listed in Schedule 1 thereof (such as timber processing and slaughter of animals). All operators of existing installations (power plants, shipyards, waste installations, farms) shall apply to the competent authority for a permit.

Le présent arrêté transpose la directive 1999/31/CE du Conseil du 26 avril 1999 concernant la mise en décharge des déchets. Il a pour objet de prévoir des mesures, procédures et orientations visant à prévenir ou à réduire autant que possible les effets négatifs de la mise en décharge des déchets sur l'environnement, et notamment la pollution des eaux de surface, des eaux souterraines, du sol et de l'air, et sur l'environnement de la planète, y compris l'effet de serre, ainsi que les risques qui en résultent pour la santé humaine, pendant toute la durée de vie de la décharge.

The Contracting States, in the belief that objectives set out in the Preamble would be better achieved by amending the 1968 Algiers Convention on the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources by expanding elements related to sustainable development, have agreed on measures to enhance environmental protection, to foster the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources; and to harmonize and coordinate policies in these fields with a view to achieving ecologically rational, economically sound and socially acceptable development policies and programs for the Convention area.

The Convention applies to the Carpathian region to be defined by the Conference of the Parties. Each Party may extend the application of this Convention and its Protocols to additional parts of its national territory by making a declaration to that effect. The Parties shall pursue a comprehensive policy and cooperate for the protection and sustainable development of the Carpathians with a view to inter alia improving quality of life, strengthening local economies and communities, and conservation of natural values and cultural heritage.

Un accord entre le Gouvernement flamand et le Gouvernement de la République de la Hongrie. L’article 1er établit que les deux Parties intensifieront leur coopération, entre autres, dans les domaines suivantes: économie, science, technologie, politique sociale, agriculture, environnement, infrastructure, tourisme, aménagement du territoire, politique de l'eau. A cet effet, elles promouvront la coopération entre les établissements et les entreprises actives dans les domaines précités. Le texte comprend 15 articles.

Le présent arrêté porte la réglementation relative à la mise en conformité des infrastructures de stockage des effluents d'élevage. L’article 2 établit qu’en application des articles 8 à 15 de l'arrêté nitrate et dans les limites fixées par le présent arrêté, seuls sont éligibles à l'aide les travaux visant la mise en conformité des installations de stockage de certains jus d'écoulement et des effluents d'élevage provenant du cheptel enregistré ou correspondant à la capacité d'hébergement des bâtiments à la date du 9 décembre 2002.

A través del presente Protocolo Adicional, las Partes acuerdan las áreas específicas de cooperación para realizar las acciones coordinadas o conjuntas previstas por el Tratado sobre Medio Ambiente, a saber: emergencias ambientales; seguridad química; aguas; gestión sustentable de los recursos naturales; desertificación; salud y ambiente.
