Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall elect for the constitutional term of four years a Valuation Commission. Ordonnance technique du DFJP et du DDPS concernant le registre foncier (OTRF).

La présente ordonnance met en exécution l’ordonnance du 23 septembre 2011 sur le registre foncier (ORF) et l’ordonnance du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle (OMO). L’article 1er établit que l’ordonnance règle, entre autres: a) le modèle de données pour le registre foncier; b) le modèle de données pour l’échange des données entre le registre foncier et la mensuration officielle; c) l’interface permettant le prélèvement et l’échange des données du registre foncier.

This Act, among other things, vests the property of mineral rights in the President, provides with respect to the administration of matters regarding mines and minerals, provides for the granting of mineral rights and related matters, and provides for the protection of the environment in relation with mining operations. The Act also includes provisions concerning dispute resoluation.No person shall carry on in Malawi reconnaissance, prospecting or mining operations, except under and in accordance with a Mineral Right, a non-exclusive prospecting licence, a claim or a mineral permit.

The present Ordinance enforces the Geo-Data Access Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the providing of spatial data, spatial data and metadata services on behalf of spatial data holding agencies. Article 2 established that that such data may be: 1) reproduced, printed, presented, changed, edited and shared with third parties; 2) linked to own data as to become a new and independent data; 3) integrated in non public electronic networks. Digital Underground Cadastre Ordinance.

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the management of the underground. Article 2 establishes that the underground cadastre includes buildings and facilities, inter alia, concerning water supply, gas, electricity and heat supply, effluent waste water, transport of fuels.

The present Ordinance enforces the Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2011. Article 1 establishes that the Cantonal Surveying Agency is the authority responsible for the official land survey in the Canton Zurich. The article lists also the tasks that shall be carried out by the afore-mentioned Agency, such as authorizing survey contracts, regulating data description.
