This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.

This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods. This Law does not apply to: rural lands considered mixed for tax purposes, of lands for non-permanent housing with an area less than 1 ha. Rural lands with authorised tourism activity by the competent authority.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of sixteen Chapters, amends and codifies the laws related to registration of land property. It establishes Land Registration Commission composition, duties and responsibilities (Chap. II); Ordinary (Cadastral) Registration Proceedings, in particular, specifying the exclusive and notorious possession and occupation of alienable and disposable lands of the public domain under a bona fide claim of ownership including private lands or abandoned river beds obtained by right of access and any other manner provided for by law (Chap.

This Act provides rules relative to the exploration for and the exploitation of mineral resources and related matters such as the protection of the environment and the use of water resources.This Act declares all rights of ownership in minerals to be vested in the Basotho nation. Mineral rights may be acquires and exploited in accordance with this Act. The Act sets out restrictions on the acquisition of mineral rights. Mineral rights are: a prospecting licence; a mining lease; a mineral permit for small-scale mining operations (together: "mineral concessions").

The present Agreement is the first combined land, resources and self-government Agreement in the Northwest Territories. Canada, the Government of the Northwest Territories(GNWT) and the Tlicho are Parties to the Agreement. The Agreement provides the Tlicho with ownership of a single block of 39,000 square kilometres of land, including subsurface resources, adjacent to or surrounding the four Tlicho communities. The Agreement also provides for self-government. A regional Tlicho Government was created with law-making authority over Tlicho Citizens in their communities and on their lands.

This comprehensive Agreement between Canada, British Columbia and the Tla’amin Nation is a Treaty and a Land Claims Agreement within the meaning of sections 25 and 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982. La présente ordonnance fixe les règles d'acquisition de la propriété des terrains urbains, à l'exception de ceux destinés à l'industrie ou à la promotion touristique Aux termes de cette ordonnance, toute occupation d'un terrain urbain doit être justifiée par la possession d'un titre de concession définitive délivré par le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme. Le transfert de propriété sur un terrain urbain relevant du domaine de l'Etat est opéré par l'arrêté de concession définitive.

Le présent décret détermine les modalités d'application de l'ordonnance n° 2013-481 du 2 juillet 2013 fixant les règles d'acquisition de propriété des terrains urbains. La pleine propriété des terrains urbains du domaine de l'Etat est conférée uniquement par un arrêté de concession définitive. L'arrêté de concession définitive est obligatoirement publié au Livre foncier. Pour toute parcelle urbaine située en dehors de lotissements approuvés, seul le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme prend l'arrêté de concession définitive sur toute l’étendue du territoire.
