The Law consists of V Parts divided into 57 articles. Part I includes general provisions (A); the right of ownership (B); the use limitation of the ownership right (C); public land (D); adjustment of the ownership right (E). Part II concerns the cadastre, it includes general rules (A); cadastration (B); land registration (C); registration of ownership right amendment (D).

This Act is enacted to prevent soil and groundwater pollution, to ensure sustainable use of the land and groundwater resources, to improve the living environment, and to enhance public health. It consists of 8 Chapters divided into 51 articles. Article 2 gives definitions of the terms used in this Act, e.g. soil pollution, groundwater pollution, pollutants, polluter, soil pollution monitoring standards, etc. The Act establishes the prevention and redemption measures in Chapter two, the investigation and assessment measures in Chapter three, and the control measures in Chapter 4.

This basic enactment of the Palestinian Legislative creates a framework for the protection of the environment, public health and biodiversity in Palestine including marine areas. Its 82 sections are divided into 5 Titles: Definitions and general provisions (I); Environmental protection (II); Environmental impact assessment, licensing, inspection and administrative procedure (III); Penalties (IV); Final provisions (V). Article 1 contains an extensive list of definitions, including "natural reserves" and "international waters". Objectives of this Law are set out in article 2.

The Act provides for the management and protection of the Queensland coastal zone, including its resources and biological diversity. The Governor may constitute Forest Reserves under section 4.A Notice in this respect shall be published in the Official Gazette. For each Reserve a Reserve Settlement Commissioner shall be appointed. Restrictions are placed on acquisition of rights during an interim period between publication and an Order constituting a Reserve under section 17. The Settlement Commission shall be considered a Court. The Commissioner may exclude land from a Reserve. Section 13 concerns compensation and section 14 concerns extinction of rights.

La présente loi fixe les principes et les modalités d’un développement durable, paisible et intégré des activités pastorales, agropastorales et sylvopastorales. Sont concernées par les dispositions de la présente loi, les activités d’élevage des espèces bovine, ovine, caprine, caméline, asine et équine. This Act in its revised edition deals with the declaration of national parks, the Nationals Parks Board and other wildlife institution, regulates hunting and provised for rights relating to water of certain owners and occupiers of land in parks. The Minister may by notice in the Gazette declare various kind of State land to be a park under a name to be assigned to it in that notice, and amend Schedule 1 by the addition of the name and a description of the land thus declared to be a park (sect. 2A and B).

The 27 sections of this Act are divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Soil Conservation Board (II); Conservation Orders (III); Powers of the Chief Agricultural Officer (IV); Contributions and compensation (V); Offences (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Scotland District Soil Conservation Board is established under section 3. The Board shall advise the Chief Agricultural Officer on the utilisation of lands in the conservation areas described in the First Schedule. The Chief Agricultural Officer may issue Conservation Orders to prevent soil erosion pursuant to section 5.

This Act establishes the National Parks and Nature Conservancy Commission as a body corporate under section 3. The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, by Order published in the Official Gazette, designate any area as a National Park, a Strict Natural Reserve, a Special Reserve, or an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. All these protected are defined in section 1. The Commission may enter into agreements with owners or other persons having an interest in an area which is designated as a protected area with the object of securing purposes of this Act.

An Act to provide for the establishment of the National Environment Council, the National Environment Management Authority, the National Environment Trust Fund, the Environment Restoration Fund, the National Environment Action Plan Committee, the Standards and Enforcement Review Committee and the National Environment Tribunal, and to regulate various matters relating to the institutions established and various matters relating to protection of the environment including environmental impact assessment, environmental audit and monitoring of the environment.The Act consists of 143 sections div
