This Regional Law establishes administrative liability for offences in the sphere of land-use planning of urban land within urban areas and other inhabited areas. Administrative liability shall be applicable in the form of warning (notification) and fine. This Regional Law shall be applicable to land-use planning of the urban territory, zoning, urban ecology, recreational activities, sanitary, hygienic and epidemiological regulation.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of state protection, conservation management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall include historical land-use planning of urban and inhabited areas, landscape architecture and urban forests. Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of objects of cultural heritage shall be responsible for management, protection and conservation thereof. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration and monitoring.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para promover el cumplimiento de la función social de la tierra fiscal, mediante su arrendamiento y enajenación en forma progresiva y orgánica a favor de los auténticos trabajadores del campo. El objetivo principal de la Ley es la protección del campesinado y la reactivación de la tierra fiscal. En este contexto se fija el principio en virtud del cual la tierra no debe constituir un bien de renta sino un instrumento de trabajo.

La presente Resolución modifica la modificatoria de la que establece los criterios de distribución de los recursos del presupuesto general asignados al Fondo Nacional de Vivienda (Fonvivienda), en aspectos relacionados con los criterios de distribución y de los municipios destinatarios de la redistribución.

This Act sets regulations on the planning of land use and contributes that ensure the protection of the environment for sustainable human living conditions and preservation of animal and plant life. Regional and local councils shall publish a statement of their strategy for the region's respective municipality contribution to sustainable development in the 21st century - and shall include information on how people, organizations and associations shall be involved in this project.

This Decree provides that before supplying data for land surveying activity having real estate registration purpose, the congruency between data contained in the uniform real estate registration database must be verified. If the discrepancy exceeds the allowable measure, the competent land office must proceed with the verification of data. Further provisions contains detailed rules concerning types of schematic maps regarding changes, measuring activity, area calculation, marking the land parcel line, periodical on-site inspections, format of supplied data.

La presente Ley modifica la que crea el Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, respecto a los requisitos exigidos a los funcionarios encargados de la gestión de bienes estatales y a los servicios que presta la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales (SBN).

Estas disposiciones introducen algunas modificaciones a la Ley Nº 113 sobre el régimen de colonización y las tierras fiscales. Las enmiendas tienen por objeto la inembargabilidad e insusceptibilidad de venta judicial de las tierras fiscales afectadas por el Poder Ejecutivo a planes de colonización, obras públicas, desarrollo rural, actividad económica estatal, urbanización o construcción de viviendas y otros fines de perfeccionamiento social, las mejoras enclavadas en éstas y los derechos y acciones que existan o pudieran existir sobre las mismas.

La presente Ley aprueba las Directrices de Ordenación General y las Directrices de Ordenación del Turismo de Canarias en materia de ordenación territorial para la dinamización sectorial y la ordenación del turismo.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento Nacional de Urbanizaciones, respecto a los aspectos arquitectónicos de la planificación urbana.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento Nacional de Urbanizaciones, que tiene por objeto regular el proceso de urbanización y establecer las normas y principios básicos mediante los cuales se llevará a cabo el desarrollo de las urbanizaciones.
