This Act concerns land resources in Romania and consists of 9 Chapters; General provisions (1); Establishment of private property right to land (2); Provisions regarding state owned land (3); Legal distribution of the land (IV); Land usage for agricultural and forestry production (V); Temporary or permanent land utilization for purposes other than agricultural and forestry production (VI); Penalties (VIII) and Transitional and final provisions (IX).General provisions include definitions of agricultural and forestry land use (art. 2).

These Amendments concern the Law on the Ownership and Use of Farmland. The Law regulates the ownership and use of agricultural lands. Agricultural lands may be the property of citizens, state, townships and juridical persons. Foreign juridical persons and foreign citizens may acquire use rights to agricultural land. There are also provisions relating to owners of land incorporated into cooperative farms. The ownership right to agricultural land taken away from the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, cooperatives and other organizations shall be restored upon their request.

This Law concerns the use of agricultural farmland in Bulgaria. Agricultural land shall be the property of citizens, the State, municipalities, cooperative enterprises and other legal persons. Political parties and other bodies with a political aim shall, foreign countries, foreign legal persons and legal persons with foreign legal participation shall not be able to own agricultural lands.

This Order concerns the state treasury of Poland taking possession of real estate comprising of farms at the request of the owners entitled to retirement benefits or by virtue of social insurance for farmers. In the application for transfer of ownership of real estate to the state treasury, the owner should describe said real estate by specifying the location, registration number, and the surface area of the lots whose ownership is to be transferred. Applications for land transfer are submitted to the State Land Fund Agency.

The Federal Law consists of XIV Chapters that contain 79 articles. Article 5 establishes that the property that can be object of mortgage includes plots of land, except for public or municipal land, agricultural land that makes part of stock of land belonging to agricultural organizations, peasant farms and personal plots of land used for subsidiary small-holding in accordance with the present Federal Law.

Ce décret fixe les modalités prévues pour procéder à l'immatriculation foncière obligatoire et progressive de tous les immeubles; pour les immeubles ruraux, il sera procédé au recensement cadastral de tous les immeubles non immatriculés sur toute l'étendue du territoire de la République et au remplacement obligatoire de tous les titres traditionnels par des titres fonciers, à l'exception de immeubles bâtis situés dans les périmètres communaux.

Les dispositions de la présente loi s'appliquent aux baux ruraux concernant toutes les terres à vocation agricole. Elles fixent la durée du bail (3 ans minimum renouvelable), les obligations du preneur et les modalités de fixation du loyer, et prévoient des encouragements aux investissements dans les terres agricoles cédées en location.

La présente ordonnance est édictée en exécution de la loi fédérale du 22 juin 1979 sur l'aménagement du territoire. Le chapitre introductif définit les différentes activités auxquelles s'applique le texte, c'est-à-dire: toutes les activités qui modifient l'utilisation du sol ou l'occupation du territoire, y compris celles qui visent au maintien du status quo. L'ordonnance s'applique uniquement aux activités des autorités officielles dont une description détaillée est fournie à l'article 1.

The second extraordinary Congress of People's Deputies, for the purpose of the revival of the Russian rural area and the formation of the qualitatively new social and economic conditions for the solution of food-producing and food supply, decrees as follows : 1) To approve on the whole the Program elaborated by the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR and by the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR.

The Government, for the purpose of securing the rights of the owners of land shares and property shares in agricultural commercial enterprises which members have voluntarily agreed to re-organise them, as well as for the purpose of regulating certification of the right of property and property transactions, decrees to validate Recommendations on preparation and issue of certificates on the right to land shares and property shares and Recommendations on the modalities of management of land shares and property shares.

The Committee entitles its regional, provincial, territorial branches to carry out permanent information of the population through mass media of the availability of land suitable for organization of peasant farms, collective gardening and truck farming, individual housing and summer cottage construction and the modalities of allotment of the plots of land destined for this purpose.

These Regulations provide for conditions, to which the right of occupancy as defined in the Land Act, 1991 is subject. The Commissioner of Lands may impose those conditions pursuant to regulation 3, but they shall not be inconsistent with the Act. Other conditions are specified by these Regulations, such as demarcation of boundaries, protection of beacons, application for building permits on urban or "peri-urban" land, etc. Regulation 7 specified conditions of use of agricultural land held in occupancy, regarding cultivation. Regulation 8 concerns the right of occupancy for pastoral uses.
