Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Legislative Assembly shall establish the modalities of calculation of lease payments for public land plots and land plots with undelimited public ownership allotted on lease without tender”.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The following land areas of agricultural land (maximum and minimum) out of stock of public or municipal land to be allotted to farmers shall be established: (a) minimum agricultural land area – 5ha; (b) maximum land areas: 20 ha (in case of land tenure free of charge); 500 ha in case of allotment on lease or for payment, except for cases envisaged by the federal legislation”.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Decreto Legislativo que establece un régimen especial y facultativo a promover la facilitación y seguridad jurídica del arrendamiento de inmuebles destinados para vivienda y la inversión en la construcción de inmuebles destinados al arrendamiento para vivienda. El Reglamento se aplica a los contratos de arrendamiento de inmuebles destinados para vivienda.

These Rules amend the Commonhold (Land Registration) Rules 2004 as a consequence of amendments made to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002: in provisions concerning lodging a copy document, registration of an altered memorandum or articles of association, registration of a successor commonhold association and completion of application for registration; and in some forms.

The priorities of regional land policy shall be: (a) state regulation for ensuring conservation of valuable land, agricultural land and land of protected areas; (b) realization of the land right of citizens; (c) application of land tenure ensuring ecosystem preservation; (d) conservation of agricultural land as the basis of agricultural production; and (e) conservation of traditional forms of Cossack land tenure (art. 1).

This Act makes provision for rights in land of the Crown and citizens of Barbuda and related matters such as registration and provides rules relative to the development of land in Barbuda.The Act states that all land shall be owned in common by the people of Barbuda and that the land shall vest in the Crown on behalf of the people of Barbuda. No land in Barbuda shall be sold and no person shall acquire the ownership of any land. The Council of Barbuda may grant leases of land for major developments.

This Act: confers powers upon the President of Kenya to grant title or other rights in Government lands; provides for the appointment of a Commissioner of Lands and such other officers as may be necessary for the administration of this Act; and defines procedures and other requirements such as registration in respect to grant of title or other rights in Government land.The Act consists of 146 sections divided into 11 Parts.The President may make grants or dispositions of any estates, interests or rights in or over unalienated Government land in accordance with section 3.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be implementation of plenary powers assigned to regional jurisdictional competence in the sphere of land relations. Regional Government shall have the following plenary powers: (a) land tenure and control of public land; (b) lawmaking in the sphere of regulation of land relations; (c) expropriation of land plots; (d) application of public servitude; and (e) establishment of the modalities of calculation of land lease fees and terms and conditions of payment thereof.
