La presente Resolución crea el Programa de Formalización de la Propiedad Rural, con el objeto de promover el acceso a la propiedad de la tierra y mejorar la calidad de vida de los campesinos.
This Act repeals the Land Tribunal Act. Vanuatu enacted on 16 January 2014 the Custom Land Management Act 2013, which assigns a role in customary land disputes to nakamals and custom area land tribunals.

This Act strengthens the legal framework concerning title to custom land and concerns management of custom land by customary institutions. It formalizes the recognition of customary institutions termed ‘nakamals’ and ‘custom area land tribunals’ to determine the rules of custom which form the basis of ownership and use of land in Vanuatu. In general the Act aims at holding of custom land by owners as a group. Custom land means land owned or occupied, or land in which an interest is held, by one or more persons in accordance with the rules of custom.
El presente Acuerdo aprueba las Políticas de estimación para cuentas malas o incobrables originadas en el otorgamiento de tierras, arrendamientos y créditos otorgados por la Caja Agraria, que tiene como objetivo registrar los movimientos de las estimaciones ocasionadas por posibles contingencias a causa de la incobrabilidad de las cuentas por cobrar.
This Act amends the Custom Land Management Act with respect dispute resolution regarding custom land.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to official land valuation in the Canton Graubünden. Official estimates of land are those carried out by an Official Valuation Commissions. El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007 en lo relativo a las medidas de protección de predios y territorios abandonados a causa de la violencia, estableciendo el procedimiento para las solicitudes de inclusión del inmueble en el registro de predios y territorios abandonados a causa de la violencia y la correspondiente prohibición de enajenación o transferencia.

La presente Resolución aprueba el procedimiento para el perfeccionamiento de los títulos y su inscripción en los registros de la propiedad, que establece los requisitos necesarios para reconocer derechos sobre la propiedad, arrendamiento y usufructo de viviendas.

The purpose of these Regulations is to stabilize and improve the contracted management system of rural land, and effectively protect the rights and interests of farmers', and promote the development of agriculture, rural economy and rural social stability.
This Act, consisting of three Parts and one Schedule, regulates the Tribunal, as the independent body mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(f) of the Native Title Act, which may hear and make recommendations about objections mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(d) of that Act. The following are parties to a proceeding: (a) the claimant or body corporate mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(d) of the Native Title Act; (b) the person mentioned in section 24MD(6B)(e)(ii) of the Native Title Act.
This Act amends the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 by inserting two new sections 10A and 10B providing for dispute redressal in respect of lands having an extent of not more than two hectares and for the constitution of the Ecologically Fragile Land Claim Dispute Redressal Committee.

Le présent arrêté met en exécution l’article 15 de la foi fédérale sur l’expropriation du 20 mai 1930. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que les tribunaux d'expropriation constitués conformément à la législation cantonale en la matière sont compétents pour statuer sur les indemnités réclamées en vertu de l'article 15, deuxième alinéa, de la loi fédérale sur l'expropriation. En outre, le Département de la justice, de la police et des affaires militaires est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté qui entre immédiatement en vigueur. Le texte comprend 2 articles.
