El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional Integrado de Información Catastral Predial, que contiene las disposiciones generales para la integración y unificación de los estándares, nomenclatura y procesos técnicos de las Entidades Generadoras de Catastro de Predios, y regula los procedimientos de levantamiento, mantenimiento, actualización y publicidad de la información catastral orientada a un uso multipropósito.

La presente Resolución regula el proceso de liquidación de los expedientes pendientes y en trámites de la jurisdicción inmobiliaria, facultando a tal fin a los presidentes de los tribunales superiores de tierras a designar los jueces liquidadores correspondientes a la demarcación territorial a su cargo, en coordinación con la Dirección General de la Carrera Judicial.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento para el control y reducción de constancias anotadas, que es el documento emitido por el Registro de Títulos que, sin contar con designación catastral propia ni con un plano individual de mensura debidamente aprobado, acredita la existencia de un derecho de propiedad sobre una porción de parcela.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento General de Mensuras y Catastro, y tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Mensuras y Catastro, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registren los trabajos de mensura, de modificaciones parcelarias y divisiones para la constitución de condominio.

This Ministerial Decree sets up the authorized state institution Agency on land resources as licensing and supervision authority in the sphere of land resources. The main functions of the Agency shall be: (a) regulation of land relations, geodesy and cartography; (b) land survey; (c) land monitoring and keeping the state land cadastre; (d) land use planning and zoning; and (e) mapping.

This regulation provides for the description of parcels of land for the purposes of the Land Titles Act. The regulation defines the standards for description by a plan, the standards for metes and bounds description and provides details on the statement of interests that benefit a parcel.

This Decree establishes the amount of information to be released by the State register of immovable property, and the modalities of request and release thereof the period of updating of information on immovable property for taxation purposes. Cadastre information shall be considered of general public access except for restrictions related to identification data of the objects of immovable property owned by natural persons.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that State Agency for Registration of Immovable Property shall be state management body carrying out registration of rights to immovable property, common policy in the sphere of land relations, and also land survey and cartographic activity. The sphere of competence of the Agency shall include: (a) regulation of land relations, land cadastre, land survey, geodesy and cartography; (b) keeping unified register of immovable property; (c) land monitoring; (d) participation in land reform; and (e) issuance of land registration certificates.

This Order lists a new protected area as defined in the second column of Schedule 1.

This Order relates to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256). Paragraph 2 describes the premises declared to be protected places for the purposes of the Act. No person shall be in those premises unless in possession of a permit or having received special permission from an authorized officer. The Schedule lists the protected places and their location.
