These Regulations implement provisions of the Mines and Minerals Development Act, 2008 with respect to a wide variety of matters such as: organization of mining cadastre offices; application for, or grant or renewal of a mining right or a mineral processing licence; transfer of a mining right or a mineral processing licence; permission for the abandonment of a mining area; alteration of or prospecting in a mining area; various matters relating to survey, mapping and certification.The central mining cadastre office in Lusaka shall administer mining rights and mineral processing licences.

This Governmental Decree establishes that the scope of land cadastre shall be to provide state bodies of all levels, natural and legal persons with the informationrelated to land areas and land quality located within the boundaries of urban areas, local government, districts and at the national level.

This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.

Ce décret modifie, notamment pour l'application de la loi nº 98-261 du 6 avril 1998, le décret nº 55-1350 du 14 octobre 1955. La modification principale consiste en l'introduction d'un nouveau chapitre III, relatif aux dispositions applicables dans les bureaux dotés d'un fichier immobilier informatisé.

This Act provides rules for the registration of title or other interests in land and related matters and provides for the form of transfer of title in land or other interest in land such as mortgages, caveats, leases and easements.There shall continue to be a Registrar of Land who shall be the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the administration of this Act. The Registrar may delegate the Registrar’s powers and functions to the Assistant Registrar of Land.

Spatial data are a basis in development of multipurpose cadastre. This paper aims to evaluate spatial data acquisition and management techniques for multipurpose cadastre in Ethiopia and Rwanda. The research was conducted using a qualitative research method, a review of existing literature on spatial data acquisition and management techniques for cadastral purposes. The empirical data have also been collected.

Analysis of Elevation Models for Nigerian 2D Cadastre Height Determination

In Nigeria, the spatial requirements of cadastral map for the purposes of land registration are based on 2D planimetric boundary coordinates without consideration for the elevation component of geometric space. Whereas, recent development in technology and practises in many countries requires the inclusion of elevation component into the cadastre. The specific objectives of this study are to determine elevation values for existing 2D cadastre of the study area from different data sources and to analyze those elevation values using statistical means.
