This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Cao Bang province.The plan, in particular, shall: raise the forest coverage; solve the issues of environmental sanitation in urban centres, border gates, industrial parks and ore mining areas; assure food hygiene and safety; etc.

Le présent décret porte réglementation relative à l'assainissement du sol et à la protection du sol. Notamment, la politique du sol est la politique axée sur une gestion durable du sol qui tient compte des besoins des générations actuelles sans compromettre les possibilités des générations futures de subvenir à leurs besoins.

Le présent décret fixe la composition et le fonctionnement du conseil de coordination côtière, qui a pour objet de mobiliser l’ensemble des moyens requis pour la protection des zones littorales ou côtières sensibles ou exposées à des risques environnementaux particuliers.

The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 86/278/EEC on the protection of the environment, and in particular of the soil, when sewage sludge is used in agriculture. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the use of sewage sludge in agriculture in such a way as to prevent harmful effects on soil, vegetation, anmals and man.

This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.
