El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto las prescripciones que deben cumplimentarse para la corta, destrucción, eliminación o menoscabo de árboles y arbustos nativos, en bosque nativo, y la corta, destrucción o descepado de árboles, arbustos y suculentas, en formaciones xerofíticas. El fin perseguido es el de proteger los suelos, manantiales, cuerpos y cursos naturales de agua y humedales declarados sitios prioritarios de conservación o sitios Ramsar.

This Order makes saving, transitional and consequential provisions in relation to the substitution of a new Part 2 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8) by section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006. Part 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 concerns the adoption of various development plans.

The present Regulations are made under the Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations provide for the control of development activities in the St. John’s Urban Region. Section 4 lays down provisions relating to the control of development and establishes that a development shall not be carried out within the development area described in the Schedule except in accordance with the present Regulations. The present Regulations are made under the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to development activities in the Benton Local Area. In this connexion section 3 establishes that a person, corporation, partnership, association or other organization shall not carry out any development in the local planning area unless a permit for the development has first been issued in writing by the authority. The text consists of 18 sections and 1 Schedule.

These Regulations make provision for the manner in which applications for planning permission, for approvals required by a condition imposed on a grant of planning permission in principle and for certificates of lawful use and development under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 are to be made.

This Ministerial Decree validates the rules for provision of public services and amenities in urban areas, except for the city of Minsk. The provisions include greening of urban areas, sanitary cleaning of the territory, i.e. consumer waste collection, sorting and disposal, organization of recreational areas for the population.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 2 of Schedule 2 which confers permitted development rights in respect of certain development for which no specific application for planning permission is needed. This Order provides permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of microgeneration equipment including water source heat pumps and biomass heating systems. It prohibits, among other things, certain development on land within a World Heritage Site.

The present Regulations are made under the Real Property Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Province. For the purpose of the present Regulation, “assessment list” means a list of all properties in a municipality and such assessment list shall contain all of the information described in clause b) in relation to those properties and the number of the municipality.

The present Regulations are made under the Real Property Tax Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Province. Section 5 deals with special real property tax levied under clause 12(5) of the Act and establishes that it shall be levied at the same rate as the rate levied pursuant to the Act for the taxation year in which the improvements were made. La présente loi abroge et remplace les dispositions des articles 1 et 2 de la loi n° 72­02 du 1er février 1972 relative à l’organisation de l’Administration territoriale. Cette loi détermine les règles d’organisation de l’Administration territoriale de la République du Sénégal afin de réduire les déséquilibres constatés dans ces zones tout en créant des dynamismes territoriaux nouveaux pour assurer à toutes les régions un développement harmonieux et durable.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 in relation to Wales by inserting a new regulation 3B that makes provision in respect of the requirement for access statements to accompany applications for listed building consent. The new provision is in consequence of section 42 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which inserted the "access statements" requirement into the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
