This Regulation provides for the collection of rural and urban land and building taxes from individuals or bodies that own, control, use and/or receive benefit from land and/or buildings.The Regulation provides for: tax tariffs; basis for imposition and method of calculation of taxes; recording of data and tax assessment; procedures for the payment and collection of taxes; appeals; collection incentives; etc.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the classification of agricultural land according to degree of erosion risks by water and wind with a view to direct payments. L’article 2 établit que les échantillons de sol sont prélevés et conditionnés par un laboratoire agréé ou par l'administration. Dans tous les cas, une personne mandatée par l'administration de l'agriculture peut assister à l'échantillonnage aux fins de vérification de la procédure.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 26.737 en tema de protección del dominio nacional sobre la propiedad, posesión y tenencia de tierras rurales. El Decreto establece disposiciones detalladas en materia de determinación de la titularidad de las tierras, controles que puede ejercer el Registro Nacional de Tierras Rurales, acreditación de la residencia permanente en el país, certificado de habilitación para los actos de transferencia de derechos de propiedad o derechos posesorios.

This Order amends the Planning and Building (General Development) (Jersey) Order 2011 in article 1, which contains definitions.

This Order provides general rules and specifies permitted development for articles 8(3)(a) of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. That provision empowers the Minister to grant, by Order, planning permission in respect of a class or classes of development specified in Schedule 2 Order. The Minister may give a direction that the permission shall not apply in respect of: (a) all or any development of the Part, class or paragraph; or (b) the change of use within the use class, specified in the direction.

This Regulation provides for the assessment of land in a drainage district. The board of trustees of each district is responsible for conducting the assessment. Section 5 specifies that the valuation standard of the land is the agricultural use value of the land, regardless of whether the land is being used for farming operations. Section 6 regulates procedures for the addition and removal of land from a district. (11 sections)Each drainage district is governed by a Board of Trustees; the Act contains provisions on the composition and operation of the boards (sect. 14-29).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Control Act with respect to (an application for) consent to a controlled transaction, to (an application for) exemption under section 24 of the Act and an appeal to the central land control appeals board or a provincial land control appeals board. The application for consent to a controlled transaction shall be in Form 1 in the Schedule.
