This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 34 articles, establishes maximum levels of the release of hazardous substances and fertilizers into the soil when entering sewage from treatment plants, compost or mud from dredging lakes and limits of the release of hazardous substances and fertilizers into the soil, methods of inputting data on hazardous substances and fertilizers in the soil.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the assessment of farm land. In particular, section 1 establishes that the enclosed land value schedules must be used for determination of value for the purposes of assessment of agricultural land. This Regulation of the Government establishes provisions concerning the action program which applies to natural or legal persons operating the agricultural production in vulnerable areas and who are entered in the register specified by the Agriculture Act. The Regulation specifies the seasons when it is prohibited to use nitrogen fertilizing substances on the agricultural land, and methods of fertilization, originally specified in Annex 2 of the amended Regulation. The Regulation amends also Annex 3, specifying limits of fertilization of individual crops.

These Rules prescribe measures that shall be taken by owners and occupiers of land within an area of land which the Minister has declared, by Statutory Notice, to be a protected area for the purpose of the control of malaria or of the breeding of mosquitoes. Measures include restrictions on grazing of cattle within the area and a restriction of the construction of roads and paths that may interfere with the natural or artificial drainage of the protected area.

La presente Resolución tiene por objeto la regularización de la tenencia de la tierra en la zona de amortiguamiento de la Reserva del Hombre y la Biosfera del Río Plátano, estableciendo que los ocupantes de predios ubicados en la zona mencionada podrán verse otorgar contratos de usufructo familiar, siempre y cuando cumplan con los requisitos previstos.

Le présent règlement modifie certains articles du règlement grand-ducal du 24 novembre 2000 concernant l’utilisation de fertilisants azotés dans l’agriculture. Entre autres, un article 9bis intitulé «Programme de surveillance des eaux» est inséré, ainsi qu’une annexe III concernant le réseaux de surveillance et les paramètres analysés.

This Decree provides for control measures as established by article 25 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. It makes provision for an integrated administration and control system for purposes of the Regulation.

These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation to the good agricultural and environmental conditions that apply to land set aside under the Single Payment Scheme for farmers enacted by force of Community legislation. The conditions and exemptions concern green cover, the setting aside of land for the control of weeds, use of pesticides and grazing.

El presente Decreto establece los criterios básicos a aplicar en el manejo y la conservación de suelos y aguas, con el objeto de asegurar un uso más racional de lso recursos, aparejando al mismo tiempo mayores rendimientos productivos.La primera parte del Decreto está dedicada al uso y conservación de los suelos. Como norma básica, toda práctica agrícola deberá mantener o aumentar la productividad de los suelos, evitándose la erosión y degradación de las propiedades físicas, químicas o biológicas.

Rules to implement provisions of the National Lands Act. Except in special cases approved by the Minister, national lands, other than town or village lots, will be disposed of only by way of grants. All mines of gold and silver and other metals and minerals, all ancient monuments, mounds or relics within the meaning of section 12 of the National Lands Act and all forest produce are strictly reserved and do not pass under the grant nor lease.
