The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official real estate valuation. The Ordinance shall apply to official estimate of land, in particular to: a) establishment of liens, b) monitoring of adequate insurance coverage of buildings against fire and natural hazards. The present Ordinance enforces the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 14 May 1987. Land consolidations shall be effected in view of building land, land not designed as such shall be re-allocated. The text deals with the following aspects: definition of terms, sphere of application, cooperatives, purpose of land consolidation, survey, principles of allocation, costs, administrative proceedings, legal protection and entry into force. The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Provincial Lands Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the lease, purchase and sale of agricultural land. The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Titles Act. The Regulations apply to transactions and any other matters regulated by the Act and these regulations that have effect or that may have effect in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 191 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies.

These Regulations, made under section 37(2) of the Sectional Titles Act, 2009 by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement on the recommendation of the Sectional Titles Regulation Board, implement provisions of the Act with respect to a wide variety of matters regarding subdivided property, including: trustees of a body corporate as contemplated in section 41(1) of the Act, duties of owners of sections, and rules of conduct of owners especially with respect to avoidance of nuisances.

La presente Resolución crea el Sistema Nacional de Registro de la Propiedad, como un conjunto de componentes ordenados y armónicos que contribuyen a la protección de los derechos constituidos: los que se constituyan, los que se modifiquen, se extingan y se publiciten por efectos de la inscripción de los hechos, actos y/o contratos determinados en la legislación vigente, con el objeto de coordinar el intercambio de información de los registros de datos públicos a través de la sistematización, estandarización y homologación de los procesos registrales, y la interconexión de dicha data.

The present Regulations enforce the Territorial Lands Act (R.S. 1985, c. T-7). The Regulations apply only to territorial lands under the control, management and administration of the Minister. Section 4 establishes that every application to lease or purchase territorial lands shall be made to the land agent for the area in which the land is situated and shall be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule.

The asset register of state-owned agricultural, forestry and other lands must be kept by the National Land Fund Managing Organization. This Decree determines the kind of information to be included in the register, such as data regarding the location of the property or information regarding rights and obligations on a property.

These Regulations aim to strengthen land management, protect land resources, utilize lands rationally, protect cultivated lands, improve ecological environment, and promote the sustainable development of social economy.

This Decree provides detailed rules regarding the publication of sales and lease contracts by announcement in the interest of those who are entitled to execise their pre-emption or pre-lease right over agricultural or forestry lands. The land owner shall request the municipal office that the announcement of the contract be published. Administrative procedures are described in Articles 2-12. The fact of the publication shall be published also on the governmental internet site according to the rules set in Article 13.

The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the state. The Regulation applies to surplus or confiscated buildings or improvements on lands in the domain of the State under the authority of the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife under section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 4 establishes the priorities according to which the Minister may dispose of a building or an improvement having a value of $5,000 or more that is surplus or has been confiscated.
