An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making.
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on protection of agricultural and forest land. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning allocation of agricultural and forest land for non-agricultural and non-forest purposes (art. 7 of the amended Act) and recultivation of agricultural and forest land (art. 22b).

The Regulation establishes the new form of statement which should be signed by the purchaser of soil improver and passed to the communal veterinarian. The form is specified in the Annex.
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of thirteen paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: requirements to be met by additives to enrich soil originated from animal by-products (soil improvers); veterinary requirements for neutralizing soil improvers; conditions for using soil improvers.
The Act, which is composed of eight Chapters, lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest lands, recultivation and improvement of land quality. Agricultural lands are protected by: limitation of their allocation for other purposes; prevention from degradation and devastation; recultivation; and preservation of peat areas and natural water reservoirs.
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven articles and five Annexes, lays down: (1) detailed conditions for the use of urban sewage sludge including the dosage of that sludge which can be used on land; (2) the scope, frequency and reference methods for testing urban sewage sludge and the land where that sludge is supposed to be applied.
