The Schedule to the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 has been amended with the insertion of a new section and other minor sentence modifications.

The present Directive aims to organize all means necessary to the implementation of the Land Law, with special regard to land management and the rational use and exploitation of land resources.

Preferential tax rates, exemption and reduction shall not apply to incomes deriving from land use and land rent rights as per Section VI.

The Circular states the procedures for the mortgage of the land use right value and assets affixed to land by foreign investors at credit institutions; it defines the terms for presenting documents, dossiers, maps of the land, and prices as determined by appointed Committees in the provinces and cities where land is available to be mortgaged.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Nizhni Novgorod Region have agreed as follows: 1) The Parties shall contribute to transfer the use (on terms of preferential lease) of plots of land, constructions and buildings to the federal institutions of culture and art as far as they are necessary for carrying out their activity. 2) The Parties shall contribute to establish taxation of the federal institutions of culture and art on preferential terms and preferential tariffs for communal and other services.

This Circular guides coordination between natural resources and environment agencies and ranger agencies under agriculture and rural development agencies in: allocating or leasing forests in association with allocating or leasing forestland; completing forest allocation or lease dossiers in case forestland has been allocated or leased, or forestland use rights have been recognized and land use right or house and land-attached ownership certificates have been granted but forest allocation or lease dossiers have not yet been made; completing cadastral dossiers in case forests have been alloca

At the end of section 26 a provision is added regarding the consent of a Land Board to transfer of rights in land. Such consent is not required in the case of sale in execution to a citizen of Botswana. Section 28 is here renewed. That section concerns the cancellation of grant and recovery of possession by the Land Board in the case of breach of development covenant or unauthorised change of user. The Second Schedule contains the description of an area prescribed as tribal area in the sense of section 2 of the principal Act.

The contract concerns the management and the use of land. It consists of 6 articles, concerning, inter alia: (a) the acknowledgement by the State of the applicant's right to manage and use the land according to the laws and regulations in force on the management and use of land and forest land; (b) the use of the land in accordance with the use targets established in article 2 and the control of the proper use of land by the State; (c) the offences to be inflicted in case of infringement of the provisions stipulated in the contract.

L'Etat peut consentir des baux emphytéotiques pour une durée de 50 ans sur les terrains faisant partie de son domaine privé. L'emphytéote, titulaire d'un droit réel susceptible d'hypothèque, peut entreprendre sur les fonds tous travaux, pourvu qu'ils ne diminuent pas la valeur des fonds. This Order validates the model lease contract for public land.

Model Lease Contract, validated by the State Committee of Land Resources, regards lease of the parcels of land pertaining to common property that are conceded in lease. The contract is applicable to agricultural land. Land tax and levy can be reckoned in rent by separate agreement between the Parties in case of the payment thereof by leaseholder. The amount of rent can be revised by agreement between the Parties. Land disputes shall be settled in conformity with the legislation currently in force or by arbitration tribunal.
