Le présent décret fixe le statut des membres de la commission nationale des terres et autres biens. Ce sont des cadres permanents qui consacrent leur temps pendant leur mandat aux activités de la commission. Ils sont nommés par le Président de la République sur proposition du Premier Vice-Président de la République. La qualité de membre de la commission est incompatible avec toute autre fonction à caractère public ou privé, électif ou non.

Local committees on land survey are executive bodies in the field of efficient and just regulation of land relations at the local level. Local committees on land survey are sub-divided into provincial, city, district and rural committees and are guided in their activity by the orders and instructions of the State Committee on land survey. La presente Ley de reforma Agraria garantiza la propiedad de la tierra a todos aquellos que la trabajan productiva y eficientemente (Artículo 1º). Se declaran afecta a la Reforma Agraria: a) Las propiedades ociosas o deficientemente explotadas en manos de personas naturales o jurídicas que sean propietarios de más de 500 manzanas en la Zona A, y más de 1.000 manzanas en la Zona B; b) Las tierras que a la fecha de emisión de la presente Ley estén dadas en arriendo o cedidas bajo cualquier otra modalidad, cuyos propietarios posean más de 500 manzanas en la Zona A.

La presente Ley de estabilidad de la propiedad, tiene por objeto el logro de la estabilidad de la titulación para los beneficiarios de la Reforma Agraria y Reforma Urbana. Dispone que las solvencias de Ordenamiento Territorial y las resoluciones denegatorias dictadas por la Oficina de Ordenamiento Territorial (OOT) que se encuentren firmes, tendrán carácter de documento público con el mismo valor legal que establece el Código de Procedimiento Civil.

These Regulations, made under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983, consisting of 117 sections divided into ten Parts and completed by seven Schedules, establish the provisions relating to land including the exemption of Aboriginal lands from the payment of rates; Local Aboriginal Land Councils; New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council; Investment of money in New South Wales Aboriginal Land Council Account; Honesty and disclosure of interests including codes of conduct; Administration of Councils; Dispute resolution; Land dealings, etc.

This Act provides for rules relative to a tenement scheme and other matters relative to tenements as defined in section 26 of the Act such as boundaries and pertinents, resolution of disputes, support and shelter, repairs: costs and access, insurance, installation of service pipes etc., demolition and abandonment of tenement building, liability for certain costs, etc. The tenement scheme provides for the management and maintenance of the scheme property of a tenement.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba las Políticas de estimación para cuentas malas o incobrables originadas en el otorgamiento de tierras, arrendamientos y créditos otorgados por la Caja Agraria, que tiene como objetivo registrar los movimientos de las estimaciones ocasionadas por posibles contingencias a causa de la incobrabilidad de las cuentas por cobrar.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to official land valuation in the Canton Graubünden. Official estimates of land are those carried out by an Official Valuation Commissions. These Rules amend the Land Disputes Tribunals (Forms and Procedure) Rules, 1993 by deleting the Second Schedule and substituting a new Schedule which lists fees for purposes of the Land Disputes Tribunal Act, 1990.
