In the context of the transition from “Native-rural China” to “Urban-rural China”, suburban villages have undergone rapid reconstruction of format, industry, and function.
Village committees, as grassroots spontaneously formed by rural collective members in China’s hierarchy system, play an irreplaceable role in the management of rural public affairs. Based on the filed survey dataset taken from three pilot counties/districts in Sichuan province, we explored the significant role that village committees played in farmers’ withdrawal from rural homesteads (WRH).

Le schéma d'aménagement régional de la Guadeloupe fixe, en tant que document de planification et d'aménagement du territoire, les orientations à moyen terme en matière de développement durable, de mise en valeur du territoire et de protection de l'environnement.
La présente ordonnance a pour objet de renforcer, en les adaptant aux départements et collectivités d'outre-mer concernés, les mesures de la loi de modernisation de l'agriculture et de la pêche relatives à la lutte contre la régression des terres agricoles.
Cette loi porte dispositions relatives à l'aménagement, la protection et la mise en valeur de la zone dite des cinquante pas géométriques dans les départements d'outre mer. A l'intérieur de cette zone le Préfet délimite par arrêté, d'une part les espaces urbains et les secteurs occupés par une urbanisation diffuse, d'autre part, les espaces naturels.
