These Regulations amend the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 in provisions concerning pre-application consultation meeting to be organized by a local authority, at the written request of a person who intends to make an application for a licence under section 230 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 (application for events).
These Regulations consolidate and revoke the Land Registration Rules 1972. They define the contents of registers in which land title rights shall be registered. The registers shall consist of information required by the Registration of Deeds and Title Acts 1964 and 2006 and these Rules to be recorded in respect of each ownership registered under those Acts.

This Order provides for the delegation of the powers and duties of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government conferred on him or her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government. Acts include the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1980.
These Regulations amend provisions relating to environment impact assessment. The amendments restate provisions relating to the information to be contained in an environmental impact statement and exemptions from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact statement.
The Rules provide for the deletion from the Land Registration Rules, 1972 of the existing Form 3 and the introduction of a new Form 3. The Rules also provide for the amendment of Rules 19 and 35 of the Land Registration Rules, 1972.
These Regulations add to the list of qualified persons under Section 45, Land Act, 1965, nationals of Member States of the European exercising the right of establishment under Article 52 of the EEC Treaty. Section 45 places restrictions on vesting of interests in land not situated in a county borough, borough, urban district or town.
This Order provides for the delegation of powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Gaeltacht conferred on him or her by or under various Acts and Regulations listed in the Schedule to this Order to the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Gaeltacht.
