This Act prescribes that the Valuer-General shall keep a register to be called the "Register of Land Valuers". Information set out in section 2 shall be registered. Conditions for registration are set out in section 3. The Valuer-General shall issue a certificate of registration to a person registered or whose registration is renewed. Section 9 provides for proceedings before the Valuer-General against registered land valuers.
