President of the Academy of Agricultural sciences and the Minister order to set up Centre of ecological and pesticides research that is the official authorized institution of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources in this sphere. Department of state ecological control attached to the Ministry must ensure coordination of activity on registration of pesticides with the participation of the Centre and other institutions concerned.
