The Rules concern appeals under section 57 of the Act. Under section 57, the Director of Planning or any person aggrieved by a decision of the Development Applications Board may by notice under that section appeal to the Minister. Matters provided for include: time limit for appealing, notice of appeal, service of notice, Director of Planning's case, additional documents, the record, appeals where no inquiry held, Minister may dismiss appeal in spite of certain irregularities, extension of time, abandonment of appeal.
