Circular No. 116/2004/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of the Government's Decree No. 197/2004/ND-CP on compensation, support and resettlement when land is recovered by the State.

This Circular defines a number of contents of land compensation, property compensation, resettlements support and arrangement policies. Moreover, it provides for the organization of the compensation, support and resettlement when land is recovered by the State for cases prescribed in Decree No. 197/2004/ND-CP.The Circular is divided into 8 Parts: General provisions (I); Compensation, support for land (II); Compensation, support for property (III); Support policies (IV); Resettlement (V); Organization of compensation and support payment and resettlement (VI); Expenses for organizing and implementing work (VII); Organization of implementation (VIII).
