The present Act lays down provisions relating to the reform of the cadastre in Québec. The Minister of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Parks is responsible for the reform of the cadastre in Québec and, in particular, for 1) renewal of the cadastre of the territory; 2) seeing that cadastral plans are kept up to date. The text consists of chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Renewal of the cadastre (II); Miscellaneous Provisions (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
