This Act lays down provisions on land arrangements and defines the competences of land authorities. Land arrangements aim at restructuring, consolidating or dividing lands in order to ensure the accessibility and rational exploitation of lands. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Management of land arrangements and costs of land arrangements; (3) Professional qualification for designing land arrangements; (4) Land authorities and their competences; (5) Amendments to the Act on ownership of land and other agrarian property; (6) Transitional and final provisions; (7) Entry into force.
