This Decree amends the Small Claims Tribunal Decree: in section 2 by giving a new definition of "Registrar"; in section 5 by replacing the expression "Chief Magistrate" and replacing it with the expression "Chief Registrar"; in section 15(3), by repealing "proved" and replace it with "provided"; in section 15(5), by repealing " if there were no dispute"; and by inserting in the First Schedule a new form regarding the application to enforce an alternative to a Work Order.
