The present Law implements various articles of the Land Consolidation Act. Article 1 establishes that the competent authority for land consolidation is the Cadastre and Survey Office and is responsible for the whole Land of Bremen. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Provisions on competence (I); Competent office for land consolidation (II); Court competent for land consolidation (III); Final and transitional provisions (IV).
