The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Land Use Planning Law of 27 December 2004. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the organizations and institutions listed in Annex 1 are entitled to propose one member for the Advisory Planning Board. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
