Moreover, the Law serves to protect general living conditions, strives for an harmonious development of the Canton with a view to protect nature, landscape and cultural heritage. The text consists of 95 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Land use planning (II); Land development (III); Cantonal building regulations (IV); Building authorization proceedings (V); Final, penal and transitional provisions (VI).
