The present Ordinance implements the Law on land use planning, and building regulations (Building Law) of 25 May 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to financing of land use planning. Article 1 establishes that the Canton directs a yearly financial contribution to regional planning associations. The text consists of 4 articles.
