The present Ordinance enforces the Valuation and Security Right Law of 26 October 2006. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees for land valuations. The text consists of 6 articles divided into 2 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Final and transitional provisions (II).
