This Regional Law establishes price of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal property, minimum lease period thereof, and procedure of conciliation on location of agricultural land plots allotted as land share in common land property. Minimum lease period for arable land, hayfield, pasture and other categories of agricultural land shall be 3 years. Agricultural land parcel, pertaining to public or municipal property, transferred to natural or legal person on lease can be purchased thereby three years after the date of conclusion of lease contract on condition of purposeful use of the aforesaid agricultural land parcel.
