These Regulations amend the Registration (Strata Titles) Regulations in relation with application to the Commission of Strata Corporations by a corporation for first registration pursuant to section 4(4) of the Act and renewal of registration, and (application for) waiver or reduction of the prescribed fees pursuant to section 4A of the Act. They amend the First Schedule by adding various forms and insert a Second Schedule. The Regulations also amend the principal Regulations: by inserting regulation 12A on orders of the Commission to corporations pursuant to section 3B of the Act; by inserting regulations 25A and 25B on a notice of appeal to the Tribunal pursuant to section 15A of the Act and an application made to the Commission for the facilitation of dispute resolution respectively; in regulations 26 and 27 in respect of fees. The Second Schedule specifies fees to be paid to the Registrar of Titles or the Commission.
