Ministerial Joint Decree No. DIADP/F.A.2.1/166 on cross-border provision of real estate services in the Greek territory, in accordance with article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010.

In accordance with article 17 of Law No. 3844/2010 and Community Directive 2006/123/EC on the provision of services in the internal market, as well as with articles 197, 198 and 199 of Law No. 4072/2012, this Decree establish the right to Community providers of immovable property services (real estate) to extend their operations beyond their national borders and to operate in the Greek national territory with out being established in Greece. The Decree lays down the administrative procedures to be followed by service provides in order to develop their service activities within the national territory.
