The Order partly amends Order No. 106, whereby it change provisions for the protection of agricultural land against soil erosion. From the harvest period to 15 February of the following year there may not be made subsequent plowing of contiguous agricultural land of 5 000 square mt. - in adherence to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture's Internet field map: there is a requirement of a minimum slope of 12 degrees; a high risk of soil erosion by water runoff; and it should be located in the designated field.

Amends: Order No. 106 on Standards of Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition (GAEC). (2014-01-29)

Once the seat of Viking raiders and later a major north European power, Denmark has evolved into a modern, prosperous nation that is participating in the general political and economic integration of Europe. It joined NATO in 1949 and the EEC (now the EU) in 1973. However, the country has opted out of certain elements of the EU's Maastricht Treaty, including the European Economic and Monetary Union, European defense cooperation, and issues concerning certain justice and home affairs.

Denmark is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy.
