This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 by prescribing the fees applicable under section 9 of the Act. The fee payable for an application under section 9 of the Act is: (a) if the application relates to only 1 parcel of land: $167.90; or (b) if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land: $167.90 plus $49.80 for each additional parcel of land.
