This Order applies to the grant of subsidies to nature projects on carbon-rich lowlands for the improvement of the environment and climate. The Danish AgriFish Agency may notify the indicative financial framework for the application periods applicable to subsidies and for each type of project. The funding may apply to the study of projects on carbon-rich lowlands. The reserved subsidy framework can be used for one or more of the following measures: acquisition of project land and land distribution in adherence to the Land Consolidation Act; on the maintenance of carbon-rich lowlands in adherence to the AgriFish Protection Agency's regulation on subsidies for the maintenance of wetlands, natural water level conditions and lowland areas.The Danish AgriFish Agency shall be responsible for the physical and administrative inspection with subsequent financial control of projects that have received subsidy.The Order consists of 13 Chapters: Scope (1); Definitions (2); Administration (3); Eligible projects (4); Eligibility criteria (5); Eligible costs (6); Non-eligible expenditures (7); Amending the project and transfer of agreement (8); Calculation of subsidy (9); Disbursement of subsidies (10); Duty to notify (11); Cessation of agreement and repayment or reduction of subsidies (12); Entry into force (13).
