This Act amends the Real Property Tax Act by, among other things: adding a new definition of "residential property"; insertion of a new section on tax reduction of pensioners and a new section on tax reduction for current accounts; adding a new section on agreement on payment of tax arrears; payment of taxes by non-profit companies.
