The Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S) in Berlin is seeking a consultant experienced in developing online technology solutions to develop, design, and facilitate implementation of a generic online tool providing specific and targeted information to citizens in selected countries in Africa on land related legal procedures, redress mechanisms, and how to use them.
