ECA: Digital Transformation: Presentations by Country Delegations

The session focused on digital transformation in land administration, featuring presentations from country delegations within the ECA region. Georgia opened with an overview of its land registration reforms, highlighting innovative approaches that have streamlined registration processes and enhanced data accuracy. Uzbekistan followed with a presentation on its recent reforms and technological advancements in land administration, emphasizing the importance of modernizing systems to improve efficiency and transparency. Kosovo shared its experience with legislative reforms and the reconstruction of the cadaster, outlining the challenges faced in updating land records and the progress made toward a more reliable land administration system. These presentations collectively illustrated the region’s commitment to digital transformation, aiming to build more effective, transparent, and accessible land management systems through a combination of innovation and legislative support.
