The Austrian Federal Government (German: Österreichische Bundesregierung) is a collective body that exercises executive power in the Republic of Austria. It is composed of the Chancellor, who is leader of the government, the Vice-Chancellor, and senior ministers. The President and the Government together form the executive branch of Austria.

The present Law introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Law (LGBl. No. 42/2004). In particular, the Law amends, inter alia, article 9 concerning measures for flood protection; and article 27 establishing that the legal transaction becomes retroactively ineffective, if consent is refused.

Tyrol Land Use Planning Law 1997.
The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and , in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.
Law amending the Tyrol Land Use Planning Law 2001.
The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Tiroler Raumordnungsgesetz 2001 (LGBl. Nr. 9372001). It rewords, inter alia, article 8 on land use planning for commercial centres; article 9 concerning proceedings for the issue of land use planning programmes; article 18 laying down provisions as to the establishment, tasks and composition of the Advisory Board; article 22 on the management of the Advisory Board.
Burgenland Building Ordinance 2008.
The present Ordinance enforces the Burgenland Building Law (LGBl. No. 10/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.
