The Cabinet of Cambodia, formally known as the Council of Ministers (Khmer: គណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី), is the executive body of the Kingdom of Cambodia led by the Prime Minister, assisted by Deputy Prime Ministers, Senior Ministers, Ministers, and Secretaries of State. The purpose of this sub-decree is to privatize state public land of which size is 3469 hectares, in Boeung Lvea Commune, Santuk District, Kampong Thom Province, in order to grant social land concessions to 253 families who were affected by a riverbank collapse in Peam Village and Peam Krao Village, Peam Koh Sla Commune, Strung Trang District, Kampong Cham Province.
The 2480.373 hectares of land from forest cover 2002 located in 3 areas in Koh Kong province, including Andoung Teuk commune of Botum Sakor district for 691.14 hectares, Trapeang Rung commune of Koh Kong district 1311.873 hectare, Russei Chrum commune of Thmor Bang district for 477.36 hectares for was privatized for social land concession to allocate to former armed forces and their families.
The 7100 hectares of land from forest cover 2002 in Ream commune, O'Oknha Heng commune, Toul Totung commune, Andong Thmor commune and Somrong commune of Prey Nob district, and Tumnob Rolork commune of Stung Hao district in Preah Sihanouk province was privatized for social land concession to allocate to former armed forces and their families.
The land from the economic land concession of Pheapimex Group in amount of 4815.67 hectares was privatized for social land concession project to grant the land to former armed forces and their families, and general poor people in Samaki Mean Chey district, Kampong Chhnang province.
The land from forest cover 2002 in total amount of 5382 hectares, including 3 locations such as Ta Lou commune of Bakan district for 2286 hectares, Santreae commune of Kravanh district for 548 hectares and Pramaoy commune of Veal Veng district for 2588 hectares in Pursat province was privatized for social land concession to allocate to former armed forces and their families.
