The present Regualtion lays down provisions relating to the designation of flood areas. In particular, section 3 establishes that the Red River Valley is to be considered as a flood area. The Regulation deals with the following matters: application procedures, flood protection level, application to build, two stage permit subject to condition, floodproofing criteria, floodproofing criteria for dykes, notice of compliance, etc. The text consists of 14 sections.

The present Regulation implements the Crown Lands Act (Chapter C340). Section 2 establishes that no person shall graze livestock on Crown land except under the authority of: a) a lease under the Agricultural Crown Land Leases Regulation or b) a permit issued by the director under this Regulation. The text consists of 4 Parts divided into 20 sections as follows: Definitions (I); Grazing permits (II); Hay permits (III); Repeal (IV).

The present Regulation implements the Crown Lands Act (Chapter C340). Section 2 establishes that a person who uses or occupies land under the authority of a permit, lease, licence or easement issued or granted by the minister under the above-mentioned Act shall pay the fee for that use or occupation that is required by the present Regulation.
