This Regulation, consisting of three Parts and completed by three Schedules, implements the Queensland Heritage Act 1992. Section 3 prescribes details for report on proposed development by the State; Section 4 deals with prescribes, for section 83(3) of the Act, matters the Minister must consider in being satisfied that a local government has appropriate procedures in place for exercising a power under section 84 of the Act in relation to the local government;, the declaration of protected areas (sect. 5), recommendation of declaration of protected areas (sect. 6).
This Act, consisting of 107 sections, divided into nine Parts and completed by one Schedule, aims to: (a) identify areas of Queensland that are of regional interest (including priority agricultural area, priority living area, strategic cropping area and strategic environmental area) because they contribute, or are likely to contribute, to Queensland’s economic, social and environmental prosperity; (b) give effect to the policies about matters of State interest stated in regional plans; and (c) manage, including in ways identified in regional plans— (i) the impact of resource activities and
This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 by prescribing the fees applicable under section 9 of the Act.

The Act (79 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Qualification of Surveyors and Registration (III); Regulation of Practice (IV); Discipline of Registered Persons (V); Appeals from Board's Decisions (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).The Act establishes the Surveyors Board of Queensland which is responsible, inter alia, for the training, examination, testing and registration of surveyors and the establishment of survey standards.
This regulation implements the Land Act 1994. Part 2 prescribes the guidelines for trustee permits and leases. Part 3 regulates the making land available, Part 4 concerns rents and tree management. Part 5 regulates registration, while Part 7 regulates the discontinuation of rights and tenures. The regulation is completed by 11 schedules.
