The resource type aims to bring together under which all the different types of resources that have been identified as "research report", "case report", "research report", "case study", "use case report", as well as "workshop report" or "flagship reports". Good practice reviews are also generally nested under this resource type.

Dans le Sud du Bénin, le lotissement, une des formes d’aménagement les plus utilisées actuellement, se multiplie jusqu’à atteindre de plus en plus les zones rurales. A cet effet, il impacte sur les activités agricoles et exerce une influence considérable sur le changement de la dynamique d’occupation du sol au détriment notamment des usages agricoles et de leur fonction de ressources alimentaires et paysagères.

Ce cahier fait la synthèse des dynamiques du foncier rural en Algérie depuis les années 1960. Il analyse en trois temps le processus de transition qui a conduit le pays de l’autogestion à la concession des terres observé au cours de ces cinquante dernières années. Basé sur une documentation riche comme la consultation d’archives et la réalisation d’enquêtes auprès d’acteurs clé durant plusieurs années, il aborde la question des structures agraires et  des évolutions de la paysannerie algérienne ainsi que des politiques publiques agricoles qui s’y rattachent.

Secure land rights for all—women and men, regardless of ethnicity or religion, or civil, economic, social, or political status—are foundational for achieving a world free of poverty, hunger, and systematic gender discrimination. So, in 2015, we celebrated when world leaders recognized the critical importance of land rights within Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals. Member States’ ambitious written commitments, however, have not been followed by on-the-ground action.

Este informe examina cómo las políticas de gestión de riesgos ambientales y sociales (ESRM, por sus siglas en inglés) de los principales bancos que financian la extracción de petróleo y gas en la Amazonía no abordan plenamente los impactos adversos de su financiamiento en las personas y la naturaleza. Durante los últimos 20 años, solamente seis bancos: Citibank, JP Morgan Chase, Itaú Unibanco, Santander, Bank of America y HSBC son responsables de casi la mitad (46%) de todo el financiamiento directo para las operaciones de petróleo y gas en la Amazonía.

However, land data and information sources remain highly fragmented, unstructured and do not present the full range of perspectives needed for decision making. Land governance, (laws, processes, and institutions) regulate how decisions concerning land are made, implemented, and enforced and require the best possible land data and information.

Given a significant portion of global emissions are a result of agriculture, forestry, and other land-based investments, governments can mitigate climate risks by ensuring these investments contribute to, rather than undermine, national and global climate goals.
