Blessing Mutoro is a young self-motivated, strong-willed academic, dynamic research enthusiast with a proven outstanding record of spearheading, facilitating and accomplishing successful projects, programs and endeavors. As an academic, Blessing has research interests in land governance, land administration, rural and community development as well as agricultural transformation among others. With close to 3 years’ experience consulting work, Blessing has been involved in countless complex and thought-provoking topics in several areas which include inter alia; community engagement, land governance in Southern Africa, smallholder farming, contract farming ,climate smart agriculture, resilience, gender equality in Zimbabwe.
Having worked in the private sector, Blessing has key competences in the following areas; project management, project appraisal, research, monitoring and evaluation, report writing, grant applications, proposal writing, policy making, training and facilitation, negotiation, management and leadership.
