Researcher at IIED working on a range of issues in support of resilient dryland economies, societies and ecosystems. Currently, providing support to the ministeries of devolution and planning and local government of Kenya and Tanzania, through the Adaptation Consortium (Kenya) and the Devolved Climate Finance initiative (Tanzania) on enhancing community participation and mainstreaming climate change into sub-national government planning and budget systems.
